This location of big o tires has misled and made false claims and has tried to fraudulently try to get me to buy new tires. I took both of my cars into this location recently and surprise they called on both letting me know they cannot rotate them and that new tires would cost $1,000 and $1,300 for both cars. They then said one needed an alignment done and it would be even more money. Now all the tires have warranty’s and the oldest set is maybe 3 years old, where the other one is 2 years old with manufacturer warranties. If I really need new tires then shouldn’t the warranty cover it? And I had a warranty through them for my alignment but they are claiming I don’t have one now.

I had my oil changed and had my emissions/inspection completed at the South Jordan Express Lube on 5/3/2024. Invoice #*****. The Express Lube is a subsidiary of the Big O Tire of South Jordan. I was able to drive the car 167 miles before my engine died. Not knowing what was wrong, I had the car towed to a different Big O Tire location (one that is closer to my home), and the staff there informed me that the oil filter had fallen off of the car, which caused the engine to seize. They advised me to contact the owner of the South Jordan Big O to get the Garage Keeper's insurance information so I could submit a claim and have an insurance adjuster come out to assess the damage. I contacted the South Jordan Big O, and the manager refused to give me the insurance information, and refused to give me the name or phone number of the owner. Feeling I had no other options, I filed a claim with my own insurance. My insurance's auto claim adjuster advised that the damage is not covered by my private insurance. But the adjuster was able to get in touch with the owner of the South Jordan Big O, Clint T*******, and requested the Garage Keeper's insurance information, but Clint refused to give it to the insurance adjuster. I attempted again to reach the South Jordan Big O owner, Clint, but was only able to leave messages for him, and he has not called me back. I also contacted the Big O Corporate Office and opened a case, case# ******, to request the Garage Keeper's insurance information. The Corporate Office does not keep the insurance information on file, so they referred me back to Clint, the owner, and they told me he would call me. I have waited a week, and have not received a call from him, so I am filing this claim hoping you can help me get the insurance information so we can resolve the matter.

These people are starting this thing back up that they have been doing for the last 10 years with calling my parents home phone stating "she will be tried in front of a judge and we need her social security number, job location and date of birth". I don't understand what their problem is and also why they are even calling my mothers cell phone. If I get a settlement check out of this I would be fine with it because at least they will stop it finally!
