    I purchased empty capsules from this company about two weeks ago or so. Prior to ordering I left probably about Five voicemails to get a call back as I had a question which capsules to order. Each time I received zero response, no call back. I also wrote over and over and got zero response so I just went ahead and ordered what I thought might work becausev this type of capsule is hard to find I felt stuck using them even though they had no customer service. When I got the capsules they were a bit large ( I am a senior citizen) and not easy for me to swallow. I decided to write them on amazon even though I ordered them directly thru their own website as amazon did not sell the ones I ordered. On amazon they finally responded and aand asked me in writing if I wanted a refund or replacement. I said NOT a refund, I wanted to get correct ones and if someone had bothered to answers all my phone calls and prior notes I would have ordered right ones in t he first place. I asked which capsules were a little smaller? they would NOT answer and told me to just go on the site and look and decide myself? ridiculous but I followed what they said. So I wrote them back and said ok I guess size 0 is the next smaller one so I will choose those. then out of the blue I get this inappropriate response back ( and I have this all in writing on my amazon buyer seller messages) they write back WELL to the effect that they are Blocking my messages, will not sell to me again, wont read any messages and refunded the original ones. I felt disrespected and like I was being blamed for their own incompetance total bias towards me blocking me from ordering.. So they are not allowing me to order anywhere? I called amazon and put in a formal complaint. I have ZERO desire now to ever order from them again. My point is total discrimination towards me by this company, no customer service, dont answer calls, messages unless you write on amazon I am a senior citizen, not an expert on capsules

    Purchased 7200 size 00 capsules on 8/27/24. Needed certificate of analysis to use empty capsules in compounding. Contacted business on text, phone, and chat function on website no less than 12 times between 9/13 and 10/2 after receiving capsules on 9/5. Only response was asking for email to send the certificate of analysis to but after promptly providing the information as requested, have not heard back. Only get a voice mail option when calling their customer service number. The return window closes on 10/5 despite repeated attempts to contact them and obtain COA. Request a full refund for our efforts (including cost of shipping return) as this is gross abuse by the company to neglect customers.
