    Yet another survey SMS spammer. The comments here are either from legitimately annoyed recipients or company connected responses trying to explain away how the **** and CAN-SPAM laws don't apply. THEY DO. One more from them and I'll start the process to show them how it works.

    I just got off of a very pleasant phone survey with a person from this company's partner Sojourn. I never felt like I was asked any phishing or concerning questions, and I willingly maintained the phone call and survey. Everything was related to how I felt about my city's growth and while I wish there was more nuance available in response options, I was glad to let my opinion be known.

    just like ****************** got an uninvited text from them asking me to "share your thoughts on some important issues concerning" my city. from nowhere this came. never heard of them. why would I respond to that. phishing in my opinion.

    Ive had nothing to do with this company and I am listed in the do not call data base but yet they spam me with a text message for a survey. Thats not good business practices. Now I report them to the ftc!
