    I went to this business for weight loss assistance. I was given the medication without any bloodwork or further investigation to ensure my health was #1 priority. I trusted the business because I had 2 consultations with one was with an experience and tenured physician. I took the medication home and administered it as directed; within a day I broke out in hives under my armpits and chest. Within, 3 days, the hives spread and increased throughout my stomach, arms, hands, neck, groin area and upper thighs. I contacted the business and was instructed to stop the medication immediately and to come into the office to see my hives. The Nurse Practitioner seen my hives and said that they have only seen one other case similar to mine. She then went on to say she would speak to the manager and get back to me on what my options were. After a few days, I never received a call back, so I had to call the office and inquire status. The Nurse Practitioner stated that I had 2 options: 1. Switch from tirzepatide to semigultide but that I would assume all responsibility and not get any refund back should I have a reaction to this meds as well; Option 2: obtain a full refund but be responsible to pay for the 2 office visits I had. I told her that I wanted to take Option 2 as I was not comfortable risking my health yet again. She stated that I should receive a call back from the Office manager with further details as to what my amount of refund I will be obtaining. After 2 weeks, I never received a call from the office manager, so I called her. I spoke to her and she informed me that I had 2 options. Option 1: Obtain a $300 refund or that I could use the refund for a free service at their salon. She went on to tell me all the great services they had. I was upset that two office visits would cost me $500 dollars and that I would not be getting more than $300 refund. This was never told to me by the nurse in my previous conversation nor was I made to feel that my health was important to the business owner. I feel misled and that this business really doesn't care if they jeopardize someone's health. My allergy was serious as I not only experienced hives but shortness of breath. I understand that the business claims I signed documents stating I was financially responsible should I experience adverse reaction but NOT ONCE was I told this in person the many times, I spoke to someone and had my consultation's. I feel this business only wants to take your money despite putting people's lives in jeopardy.
