      Sound Warehouse gave us misinformation on the company (Acima) that was used for financing a car stereo. We were told we had 6 months..misinformation..only 3 months. Sound Warehouse house uses a leasing company that charges about $200 a month leasing fee. Do not use their financing, unless you are willing to pay double for your purchase or pay it off in a month or two.

      We are sorry about the confusion of Mr. LeBlanc. When we offer the leasing option we are very diligent about explaining to our customers that the Acima program needs to be paid off fully within the 90 day period to avoid additional fees and interest. I have spoken with the store and the sales specialist in question was told that this was fully explained. We have never advised a 6 month financing program with Acima. This purchase was made on December 23, 2023 and the deadline for full payment was March 22nd. We would be willing to send Mr. LeBlanc a check for $300.00 to assist him in settling his Acima lease to avoid further fees and settling this matter.
