    If I could give them zero stars I would. This use to be a wonderful company, but now its completely fraudulent. They tried to sell us a $13,000 lie. They told us the furnace had a crack in it which it didnt (two other companies verified that it was not cracked). They also told us it would cost over $700 for a bandaid repair which wasnt even sort of true. They claimed to truly fix the A/C it would cost almost $7,000. They tried to sell us a new furnace and A/C with financing at 10% interest, that this same company installed 12.5 years ago for less than 1/2 that cost. I got another company to fully repair the A/C that same day for less than $350. This company is a bunch of scammers. STAY AWAY!!

    The technician said we need a new AC. The salesperson tried to sell us a $17,000 unit AND a furnace (which was not broken). We got a second opinion. This person fixed the unit for $400.00.Never use Just Right

    This was the second time I called Just Right Heating and Cooling. The first time they efficiently and promptly repaired my furnace. This time, ******, was the service person who repaired a pipe for and reconditioned my air conditioner so it's ready for summer. He was informative and effective. I believe in annual check-*** to avoid replacements hopefully. This is the place to call.

    Dishonest, unethical, and incompetent. I had multiple issues that I 'overlooked' in order to get a job done two years ago. For instance, they sloped a line drain the wrong way -- it goes away from the outlet pipe! Rather than dig up a concrete patio overlayed with tile, I decided to live with it. Switched to a new plumbing company after that project. A couple of months ago I called another company to do an annual service on a boiler that Friendly installed two years ago (which they talked me into using scare tactics "it's going to fail any day"). The new technician immediately said that the exhaust piping was installed incorrectly and may void my warranty! He opened the installation manual sitting on top of the boiler and showed me an illustration of how the pipes are supposed to look. The Friendly installers hadn't even bothered to look at the manual. After some investigation, I learned that Friendly doesn't employ a boiler technician and should never have offered to install a new boiler for me. Boy, was I a gullible idiot! We have placed multiple calls to Friendly explaining the situation and every time we hear, "The manager will call you back." So far, no one has called. I'm now forced to take legal action to recover the $5,000+ it's going to cost to re-pipe my boiler.

    I'm happy to report that Friendly Home Services has a new manager who contacted me and was happy to make things right with our boiler installed incorrectly. Hopefully this is a turning point for the company and they will improve their service. The new manager seems to want to do this.
