    *** had them installed. The product is good but the workmanship of the installers is AWFUL!! Wires were left outside of the tracks, tracks not lined properly, marks left on the newly painted stucco from the ladder, 2 holes in the stucco that they patched without telling me, screws and metal pieces left all over the yard, controller box not installed proper and the fan inside was not wired. I called them back to fix these items. Tech took photos and sent the installers back out to fix. They showed up after dark to paint and repair. They repatched the stucco, painted, textured, and repainted ( yes in this order) all within a 3 hour period on a cold 45 degree evening. They still left some of the wires out of the track and some of the marks unpainted. For the ridiculous amount of money I paid, this is C*** work!!!

    We've had the system for about 18 months and it's never worked well. It goes offline constantly. When it's online, it resets the presets constantly. I've already had the controller replaced once. Did the "update" on the app and it really jacked it up to which I was told, "never do the update". They seem to excel at their sales training though. That kid could have sold anything, he was that compelling. Sadly, he sold us garbage. There are many options for home lighting, do not spend your hard-earned dollars on this one!

    I have the same experience as ********** except our internet has always worked. Bought the lights in the fall of 2022. Paid them half. They installed them (almost) in the spring. They've never worked. I've spoken with their people many times. They've apologized, acknowledged it's a controller problem, made appointments and never showed. It is now 11 NOV 23 and they still don't work. You'd think they'd want to get the rest of their money.

    We installed our lights on our new home in April. They said that they would come back to set them up when we got the internet. They would never come back. Finally got tech help to help me set them up. It was determined that something was wrong with the lights. They said that they would send soneone. Nothing. Seven months and the lights have never worked.

    Got our lights installed on time, and professional looking. ****** did a great job, was very helpful with the wi-fi set up, and explaining to me how to change the appearance, and the pre-sets...all things that I'm not very technically good at. I had to call Junior after the installation, while I was looking at the lights trying to change some things. He was so nice and helpful. We're looking forward to years of fun lighting!

    We loved our lights when they worked. But once we had a problem no one could/would help. They have not worked since May 26 (when we can see that they lost connection to our Wi-Fi). They tried to help over the phone but that didnt work. Weve repeatedly called, texted and emailednothing. A Bosso sales bro stopped by to see how we liked our lights while he was in the neighborhood, he said hed helpnope. We spent a lot of money to be ghosted when a problem arose. Buyer be aware.
