    I ordered 2 pairs of shorts on Dec 13 (2024). It's now March 2 (2025) - over 2.5 months the order went in. I received 1 of those pairs of shorts a few weeks later in early January, and have never received the 2nd pair. Ive emailed the company multiple times - each time I get a "please be patient" response - without any other information or ETA. Ive asked to receive a refund for the pair of shorts that I never received. This company does offer the ability to leave reviews on their web site thru Judge.Me - but I've left 3 poor reviews so far, and none of them has ever been posted to their web site. I can even log on to Judge.Me and see the reviews Ive left - but they never show up under JJ Shorts web site.

    I made an order from JJ Shorts on Jan 25, 2024 for a total of $36.98 for a gift for my husband on Valentines Day. Per JJ Shorts website, processing can take up to 2 business days. 2 weeks passed with no updates. I messaged them for an update on Feb8th. They replied on 2/9 saying they needed an additional 9 - 12 days for processing, which would put delivery past Valentine’s Day.

    I was understanding as it was a holiday. They did refund me the shipping cost ($5). It is now March 2, 2024 and I still have not received the item. As of Feb 28th USPS was still waiting for the item after the tracking info was sent to me on Feb 22. This means USPS was waiting for them to give them the items to ship for 6 additional days.

    clearly JJ Shorts made multiple errors in processing and shipping.

    This is deeply upsetting as I didn’t have the item for Valentine’s Day (which I didn’t complain about) and now again, we have an event tomorrow that my husband wanted to wear them to and they still have not been delivered.

    The shorts were ordered at the end of January (date above). It’s March and I still don’t have my order. JJ Shorts has a duty to ship items out in a timely fashion. Which according to their website is 2 business days. I have now been waiting 6 weeks and I still don’t have my order.

    I have the message chain if it’s needed.
