      I ordered products from Common Scents on September 30, 2022. I never received the product. In order to order from Common Scents you must first log in. Your log in contains your address and phone number. If Common scents has to contact you All the information is there. Common Scents mail out the products without using my complete mailing address. When I attempted to contact them, they sent a DHL transaction form with incomplete information attached. The next thing Common Scents did was attempt to have me pay DHL for resending. Finally, they charged a restocking fee for over half the amount I paid. I paid them $41.79. They sent back 18 dollars which was then taken back. I would like either my money returned or the products at this point.
      I tried to resolve this issue through PayPal ,which is how I order the product.

      Wednesday October 19th 2022 I called complaining about UPS lied and said that my package was delivered on October 18th 2022 at my address. I called UPS to file a complaint and a claim. I was first told by customer service that if my package was over 200.00 dollars i would be insured, 15 minutes later I was told I am not insured and i have to take it up with UPS! Prior to this conversation I asked for my money back bc I did not want the product nor their services anymore. Their company answer was NO!
      COMMON SCENTS ARE CROOKS AND SHOULD BE PENALIZE! AND THEY HOLD THE SAME AMOUNT OF BLAME, CRITICISM AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AS UPS!!!
      I WILL NEVER AGAIN DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY THAT DOESNT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS THEY TOOK OVER 200 DOLLARS OF MY MONEY AND I CAN'T RETRIEVE IT BACK!!!

      Total cost of the item in question: $59.99

      I immediately reached out to the company; however, it is now Mid-August and I cannot get Customer Service to respond promptly or at all and I have not received a refund or the correct item costing $59.99.

      I also paid $21.99 in shipping costs.
