Computer I was sold does not operate at all. The seller's "solution" to this is "Have you plugged it in?" They now expect me to pay to ship it back. I'll be out money for shipping and will, still not have an operable computer.Business Response

I apologize for the inconvenience with your order. We offer free 30 day returns on all of our items, regardless of where it is purchased from, and we always cover shipping costs. It does however appear that you closed an **** return and filed a payment dispute. When this happens, we no longer have access to the funds while the payment dispute is open, which doesn't allow us to facilitate a return or issue a refund as it has to be handled by the payment institution that you opened the dispute with. You are welcome to either close the dispute and complete the return through us or continue through the return with the payment institution, either way we will make sure you are refunded.
I did see a note on this order that we are also offering you another computer free of charge for the inconvenience. You can check the most recent message on **** with details and respond there.

In August I purchased a refurbished gaming computer from Tech Leaf. Plain and simple it does not boot. I have sent two messages to the company by no acknowledgement whatsoever, The return date passed while I was awaiting a reply to the first message. Iike a working replacement with the same specs or a complete refund. I would then return the non-working computer.Business Response

We were told that on the date Mach 27 we placed the order that it was a **** 24 inch computer, not even close, we received a pile of junk thrown into a box and sent to us the first day that **** tried to use the Computer the key popped off of the key board, they mis-represented what they were sending to us, all we want is a label mailed to us so that we can send it back and get the refund of $210.14.Business Response

I recently purchased a refurbished computer from Tech-Leaf through **** thinking it was 16gb memory but it turn out to be an 8gb memory unit an since it was what I wanted I requested a return and refund The item was in excelente condition since it had just been delivered. After a week or so I received an email from Pay Pal that they had received a refund for an item 40% less than the original cost. If course this took me by surprise since the unit was brand new, so I decided to call Tech-Leaf to find out why there was a change in the return price but have not been able to reach them by phone nor email.I need to know the reason why the return was 40% lower than the selling price it was returned in the same condition as received with no scratches nor dents so I was expecting a full refund but have not *** able to contact them and request a full price refund. I looked into this particular order and it appears that the **** RMA team notated that the WiFi adapter and Bluetooth adapter were not returned with the computer. This typically results in a deduction from the refund. When this occurs, **** will still cover the remainder of the total refund so that you are refunded in whole. I checked on this order and it does look like you were fully refunded.
Again, I do sincerely apologize! **** does not allow us to communicate about **** purchases outside of the **** messaging system -- if you contact us through our **** store, our support team is very quick to respond and resolve any issues. I purchased a refurbished **** mini pc from Tech-**** LLC through ***** the unit which was supposed to be Internet, network and WiFI connected for $241.04 When received the unit the internet,ne. Network nor WIFI were conmected so I contacted Tech-Leaf LLC and explained the problem then they told me they told me the was an adjuster tooli in the package t take care of the problem . I went back to the box it was shipped in along with all they packing material and did not fiind such an adjusting tool they insiisted it should be there . I doubled checked but there was nothing so I asked for a return label to return the item and get a refund . I never used the ** so when I received the shipping label I packed up the item and shipped via **** A few weeks later I received a refund for $12775 which is $133.29 less than what I paid the reasin was that the unit arrived severely damaged so they should had file a claim with the shipping company since they have their own insurance coverage so I should not be charged for damages and expect a full refundBusiness Response

This complaint is about an item purchased from Tech-Leaf through EbayAgain this has never been resolved hence it should be still an open case.The item was purchased from Tech-Leaf LLC through **** it was never used since it did not match the descriptions so I asked for a return and refund. I received a refund for $133 less than what I paid for.I never work with it since it was the wrong item.I returned the item just like I had received so it was in the same condition as when received. Purchased a **** **** with extra money for upgrades/optical drive barely a year ago, and with less than 20 uses as I mostly use my IPad. Yet, went to turn it on a week before Christmas only to be greeted with hard drive not found! Tried copious methods to get to the **** before finally being getting access to get to the **** and the diagnostic test had an X next to hard drive. Got in touch with the company and they said they would help. Sent pictures to Tech Leaf and he said they didnt come thru. I sent additional pictures and havent heard back from anyone. There is no way a fully refurbished computer with minimal use should be having an issue. Clearly I received a faulty, defective and subpar computer. I am rejecting this response because: I have been in contact with someone from your company and its always do this and do that and what does it say. I sent the error code as requested. And, as Ive already stated, I cannot run anymore diagnostic test because it wont let me. I was clearly sold a dud. I did I paid extra for the upgrade and here we are, not even in year in from when I first hooked it up, and its not even working. All I get asked the same thing over and over again.

Ordered a computer on ebay. Order #**************. Hard drive failed and customer support agreed to send a replacement drive on May 4 under warrenty. Although a tracking number was generated the post office never recieved the drive for shipment. After repeated emails to the company they finally responded and agreed to send another one. At this point the company has stopped responding to emails and no drive has been sent. Does not appear they intend to honor the warrenty.Business Response

We originally shipped out a replacement drive on May 10th via USPS, but after no tracking updates following the initial pickup, we opened a claim with USPS.
