      Our AC had crashed and our salesman came to our home that afternoon, a Friday. We signed a contract with him after he thoroughly explained our options for equipment. The installation team came Monday morning and worked all day and stayed late until the ** was working correctly. A technician came back on Wednesday and finished calibration on the furnace. Our salesman stopped by and reviewed the installation to make sure everything was working perfectly. We were extremely impressed with Triple Ts prompt response to our dilemma. I would highly recommend them.

      Job scope: upgrade the air filtration to HVAC system and install an ultra violet light at the furnace/AC unit.***** was professional in the approach and options to accommodate cleaner air in our home and responding to issues during the installation.Installation: ******* was personable, friendly and knowledgeable with all aspects of his work including communication and consultation as needed with a challenging installation. Seems like a good finished product overall. I would recommend Triple T for your HVAC needs that *** arise..       ****** and ****** were on time, kept us informed along the way, and paid attention to details. They were replacing our furnace in an existing small space with some unique challenges, and worked promptly and professionally to complete the service. They protected our carpet where they were walking and cleaned up everything before they left. Thank you.

      My elderly fathers heat stopped working in the middle of the night. I called Triple -T the next day and they had someone at his place in an hour. The worker explained the issue thoroughly with my dad and I and offered 4 different proposals. Was not pushy to get the most expensive proposal which I appreciated. The issue was fixed promptly and both workers were friendly and professional. I mostly appreciated how they talked to my elderly dad in a way he could understand without talking down to him. I would definitely recommend this company.
