    the work was done between June 14, 2022 and July 1, 2022.  it was all done the week of June 27, 2022.

    ey wanted to charge us more to bring more dirt, when we feel it was already charged. all that aside, the wall falls down and there are no ends to make it strengthened, the bricks are not overlapped, which is why it falls down. there is no weed mat against the wall to keep dirt and water from running through. there was no removal. but the wall is not safe, does not stand. we do not trust them to come redo the work as they stood and lied to our faces. it will cost us much to tear down and redo this. we do not want this to happen to anyone else. it took us 5 years to save the money. it is terrible that even after we contacted them, saw them, and spoke to them, they will not do anything. please help as we do not want this to happen to anyone else. we have photos and documents we will upload and send if it will help. we would like to have a refund so we can fix it, but even if this keeps someone else from the same situation, it is a good thing. thank you.
