    I was told I "totalled" my rav 4 in Utah county. I was on my way to the ER when this supposedly happened. However, the story of the accident doesn't match the injuries I sustained. I was looking at my GPS to find the ER when i blacked out. But was told I backed into a tree and pole. Which makes no sense being "I was blacked out and unconcsious." How was I able to put my car in reverse? Upon awakening at the hospital, I was told my Rav 4 had been towed by "Judds Towing" They informed me the condition of my Rav 4 was totalled and just to get it out it would cost 3,000. However, I later found out my bank, whome I had a 4,000 dollar loan with, had posession of my car. Niether my bank, nor Judds towing informed me of this. I also found a receipt for 30,000 in my belongings that was an appraisal for my supposedly totalled vehicle. Intersting a totalled vehicle would apprais at such a high price. My bank sold my car without my consent and without paying me when even after the accident still charging me monthly payments. I believe the rav 4 they showed me at Judds Towing wasn't that of my actual vehicle the license plate did not match. Mine was purchased from Performance Toyota, Bountiful. The license plate on mine was different than that of what they showed me at judds.. And it was sold without my consent and taken from the tow yard without my knowledge even if that was my vehicle. They were completely dishonest about the condition and the circumstances.
