      I had to take my husband to the ER yesterday, and his vehicle died as soon as I parked. Today I used our car insurance’s roadside assistance plan who got us in touch with That’s Towing, LLC. We received a text from roadside assistance letting us know That’s Towing would be at the pick up address within 45 minutes. About two minutes later, Corey with That’s Towing called us and let us know he was actually going to arrive in about 10 minutes, if that. We headed to the hospital to meet him. Corey was so welcoming, positive, and helpful from the start with the phone call. He greeted us with a big smile, then hooked my husband’s vehicle up to his tow truck and followed us about a mile away to our home for drop off. He handled my husband’s vehicle with such care and exceptional expertise. He made sure to unhook my husband’s vehicle on the curb in front of our home, making sure it would be parked straight, in the right direction, and as close to our curb as possible, considerate of certain cities’ laws and neighbors opinions with on street parking. My husband is an auto mechanic, so while unhooking the two “talked shop” pleasantly and we found Corey has a lot of knowledge with vehicle mechanics, as well. He was kind, considerate, and respectful during our entire experience with him! Will definitely use That’s Towing’s services again, insurance or not, and saved their contact information! Will also refer to others, including the shop my husband works for! Thank you so very much! Best tow experience ever!!
