    I brought my truck into **** with the promise my transmission and tuner would be done in a week with $5,000 cash up front. Fast forward 2 months and my transmission hasn't even been reassembled. Every time I go in to ask for an update on my truck there's every excuse from terrible employees to health issues. Fast forward to month 4 the transmission is done still no chip. I have called multiple times to schedule with nothing but attitude from ****** the office girl with promises of call backs but nothing..... finally with the last call to ask for my money back I finally get a call for scheduling! (The chip did not get done) We take the truck in with blatant disrespect at the counter. I would not recommend RKL unless you want undelivered promises and run around stories why your truck isn't done. I have had huge inconveniences with my business not being able to tow my trailer for 3 months!

    Well long story short Im my truck has been in the shop for a total of a month now. I say total because it was there for 2 1/2 weeks and was misdiagnosed. So when I got the truck back it broke down 2 days later with more issues and the same issue along with a $355 tow bill. They havent been really polite with me in any way and I have tried speaking to the manager the past week to resolve the issue and I cant seem to get a hold of him. I am nearly $1800 deep in a misdiagnosis and a tow bill and the mechanic isnt answering calls to help find a solution. So here I am trying to make sure he doesnt do this to anyone else
