RUN! Don't walk to ANY other dealer. We had the worst experience. Costed us $40,000 more than it should have just because they could jack up the cost- EVEN BREAKING THEIR OWN CONTRACT. Find the home you like then find a different dealer there are many that don't have lots just go to manufacturer website. They do not care about you or your home just money. The owner **** is a snake. Naturally we were not only told this after our dealings by SO many I was frustrated there was no review or I would have gone a different route.I truly believe the only good reviews must have been when **** was alive as I have heard nothing but great about him, he was the reason we went this route. We did purchase during covid and things were crazy (I get that) however when he threw a huge price increase and could only justify about $3,500 of it and said the rest was the "package" that went up. So I called around. Found 3 other dealers and got quotes on the SAME everything. They came back for what our original quote was. I questioned why we would be getting treated this way and they said it was a shame but simply because **** "could" he was. The only reason we didn't switch dealers was there was 12+ month wait. So **** knew he would make as much off of the situation as possible.I went to Springville to talk with **** in person. And his response was "if you don't like it you can walk, I'll sell your house no problem" ?? this was 2 weeks before our house went into production. Contract stated price was set 30 days prior to production. If we weren't living in a camp trailer with two young kids 1.5 years into the process I would have walked. But I needed to get my kids into a house as fast as possible and we were financially invested in what we thought would be a good experience.Their help showed up drunk- they are aware of this. I called about it.The ladies in the office would get snappy and out right lie about financial things.

March 26, 2024 Response to review I am deeply sorry that the Ferralls feel the way they do. We work very hard to make sure that the buying process goes smoothly and that our customers enjoy their homes. First there are several inaccurate pieces of information. My father **** is still alive and active in our business. ****, our manager of our Richfield location, did pass away from cancer. The Ferralls purchased their home at the most turbulent time I have seen in all the 43 years I have been in this business. There was a worldwide pandemic and lock down. Building materials were going up at a rate like we had never seen. The time to get our houses built had gone up to 18 months. The home that the Ferralls purchased was built by one of our manufacturers, Fleetwood Homes. We were notified by Fleetwood homes that because of the longer time frame to build the homes and the surge in building materials, they would no longer guarantee or set the final price of our homes until 30 days before the home was scheduled to go into production. We made Ferralls aware of this and they signed the addendum to our contract stating that. When we got the final price from *********, we let them know what the price of their home had gone up. To help them out, I reduced the amount that their home had increased $8,500.00. I am not sure what other dealerships have talked to about our business, but I would like to see letters from those dealerships that back up what they are saying. Our homes are priced well below any other dealerships in the state. If all we cared about was how much we could make on the sale of their home, why would we discount the home that much?I did let them know at that time that if they did not think they could go through with the purchase because of the increase we would refund their full deposit. I never said we would just sell your house to someone else. We would have canceled their order. Their home was a Modular and was engineered for them only and for their location; we could not just sell it to someone else. We delivered their home in the time frame we had projected and installed the home in a timely manner. As far as trying to make sure they were satisfied with their home, we have had our service man out to their home even after their warranty from Fleetwood Homes was over. I do feel bad that they feel this way. I try to do my best to make sure that our customers are satisfied with their homes. If there is anything that I can do to make them satisfied with their home, they are welcome to call me.

Really disappointed with the Dealer in Vernal ****. Went to them having already been approved for loan & they did their best at making this the worst experience. Told us the home was ordered, don't know if it ever was for sure. When is came down to final costs the loan company requested, they kept sending the wrong estimates or made things more expensive than they were , all the time telling us all the paperwork was in order on their end. They never did get ******** what they requested & our loan was closed out for too long of time in process. There are no other choices for manufactured homes in this area unless you pay extra for going outside of the Uintah Basin. If I could rate a 0 I would. Thank you for being such a great "home town dealer" who picks & choses who they take care of.
