      THIS BUSINESS SELLS HEARING AIDS. IN NOVEMBER OF 2022 THEY INDUCED ME INTO SIGNING A LEASE AGREEMENT (WITHOUT THE PRESENCE OF MY POWER OF ATTORNEY). UNDER THIS AGREEMENT I WAS TO BE CHARGED $184.88 PER MONTH TO LEASE THESE HEARING AIDS THEY CLAIMED WOULD HELP ME. HOWEVER, SHORTLY THIS AGREEMENT WAS MADE I DISCOVERED THAT THE HEARING AIDS WERE NOT ASSISTING MY HEARING AT ALL. ADJUSTMENTS WERE MADE TO THE HEARING AIDS BUT IT STILL DID NOT IMPROVE AND IT THUS RENDERED THE DEVICE USELESS TO ME. I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES TO THE BUSINESS AND ASKED IF I COULD RETURN THE HEARING AIDS, EXPLAINING THAT THEY SERVE NO FUNCTION AND HAVE ONLY BEEN USED A FEW TIMES, THEY RESPONDED BY SAYING "NO, THE LEASE WILL CONTINUE THROUGHT THE REMAINED OF YOUR LIFE AND YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT WILL CONTINUE TO BE CHARGED." I TOLD THEM THEY CAN'T FORCE ME TO KEEP HEARING AIDS THAT ARE USELESS TO ME, BUT THEY REFUSED TO ALLOW ME TO RETURN THEM. AS OF TODAY, I HAVE BEEN CHARGED APPROXIMATELY $1848.80 FOR A DEVICE THAT DOES NOT WORK AND THAT I HAVE TRIED TO RETURN. THE BUSINESSES FINANCE COMPANY HAS INFORMED ME THAT I HAVE THE RIGHT TO END THE LEASE AT ANY TIME AND RETURN THE HEARING AIDS AND CEASE PAYMENTS.
