      I signed up (I think in March 2022) for unlimited car washes for $20. Per month and I was told I could cancel at any time. On approximately the middle of September I went in person to the car wash and requested that my account be cancelled and that I did not want to be charged for October. They took down my phone number and assured me their boss would cancel the order so I would not be charged for October. I was charged in October and I called 4 times and I was assured it would get taken care of. It wasn’t I was also charged for November. One day when I called, I finally got in touch with the manager whose name is Autumn. She assured me that she would take care of this. She did give me credit for $20 and has promised me she’d credit me for the additional $20 she owes me. She has not. I’ve been patient and I’ve tried to resolved this to the best of my ability. I’m sure there must be others experiencing this same problem. It’s sad for a business to do things like this. They need to be honest and it shouldn’t be this difficult to take care of the problem and have them honor their word.

      This ******* the ** with Fabulous Freddys. I just wanted to let you know that we have reached out to ****** about her not receiving her $20 refund. My Assitant ****** was successfully able to get her refund back to here. I think the problem we were having was ******'s credit card was cancelled, so the refund initially wasn't going back to her. Again, we are sorry about any of the inconvenience and hope the best for her.
