    This company uses deceitful language that gets you to sign up with them. The say you will have a 150 point increase in 90 days and they remove absolutely NOTHING. Charging $149 per month after 90 days of doing nothing and since I increase my card balances I pretty much violated the agreement which is deceitful in its language. They offered me a settlement to avoid them placing the account in collections, what a joke. After paying them $149 for 7 months I had to pay them $268 to settle the account for them removing absolutely nothing from my report! They need to be stopped!

    Our program is results-based and includes a 150-point improvement warranty provided that key conditions are met, including maintaining your credit utilization. This is clearly outlined in our agreement and on the registration that was read to you. Unfortunately, your credit utilization increased significantly during the program, which directly impacts credit scores and voids the warranty tied to our 150-point warranty. Despite this, we continued working on your behalf and were able to secure a 27-point increase on your Experian score. While credit repair outcomes can vary based on each client's credit activity during the program, our team remained committed throughout the duration of the services. Regarding the settlement offer, this was a good faith attempt to resolve the account amicably at a reasonable lowered amount. We always strive to offer fair options, even in cases where program terms have not been upheld.

    This company has been charging me and not providing the service it claims to have been trained to handle.

    Per our agreement with ****************, we would do follow *** every 30 days to give our client updated results, however, **************** has failed to keep his credit monitoring site active in which, we can't give him info based on scores that were 90 days old. Per the agreement read to ****************, he was to keep his credit monitoring site active for 90 days. We are not about to give our client false information which is why we have continually contacted the client to ask **************** to activate his credit monitoring site, but to no avail. We would be more than willing to help our client in every way, but he needs to communicate with us so that we can be on the same page.

    I signed up with the company and question called 700 credit experts, which is based in St. George Utah. They guarantee that they can get your score up by 150 points within 90 days that was not the case for me. In addition to paying $150 a month for three months, you also have to pay 2999 to another company that they are partnered with for three months. During the course of my three month period I tried to speak to my case manager that was over my case and have never held a conversation with this person. You will always be told that they are not in or they are busy and if you try to speak to a supervisor, they are not available or one of the agents that you may be talking to is going to tell you that the supervisor is going to tell you the same thing that he or she is telling you my 90 days ended on May 13 this is when they do your assessment May 13 came I received no call from anybody that was an employee with 700 credit experts I had to call them and once I did call them I was told that my case manager by the name of Ali wasn’t available as normal but they would call me back. I waited all the way into 330 and did not receive a call so I called them back again and when I did, I was informed and given a time to call And I did and this time I met a recording that told me the business was closed for the day and will be open the next following day. Cannot remember the Pacific time stated May 14 comes I received no call from anybody that works at the 700 credit expert , so I called again and was told that my case manager Ali per usual was busy and couldn’t come to the phone and then the representative that I was speaking to informed me that he would transfer my case and myself to somebody else that could help me and they will call me around 3:30 3:30 came and went 4 o’clock came 4 o’clock went. I called them at 4:30 and was told again that Ali was not available. I was then transferred to somebody by the name of Dan J******, who had no clue of what was going on.
