    I left a detailed account of my experience with CAREFREE homes on their website of reviews. Carefree is refusing to return our ******* Money of $10,000 when we went thru the house during our INSPECTION and found major structural damage of the home. There were numerous cracks in the concrete which we did not ask them to fix. When we went to the back of the house we saw a large crack in the stucco both with going across the back of the garage and up and down crack across on the home. When I asked the employee of Catefree Homes if they would fix that he said NO. When we went to go inside the home we noticed the kitchen cabinets were shifting and when I asked him if they would fix that he said NO. There was also a leak underneath the flooring going into the master bedroom which we couldnt see how they could fix that. When we left the home my husband and I discussed the structural problems on the house and the very next day we called our realtor and told him we wanted to cancel the sale and wanted our $10,000 returned to us in full. About a week in a half later carefree sent us a cancellation notice and told us they wouldnt return our $10,000 deposit. We refused to sign Carefrees cancellation notice because they indicated on that form they wouldnt return our deposit. As of today no deposit has been returned to us so this is why I am documenting this.

    The buyers have had a change of heart after a detailed explanation in regards to their concerns was given by one of our very educated and experienced realtors and we have an Orientation scheduled for next Thursday October 12th followed by their closing on October 13th.  We are happy to have them as homeowners and we know they will be very happy in their beautiful new home! Thank you.
