    We bought two new heat pumps from this company less than two years ago. They have had to come out three times already bc the units wont work properly. They charged one and now they wont work again. We called another company and they only charged $15 to come look and they replaced the capacitor. The owner was so rude and tried to be condescending and told me he didnt like his attitude when he was so unprofessional. He kept saying we were running our unit too low and after he said that, we fixed the problem. They both still stopped working. The new guy today said they both have leaks so I called him and told him and asked him to come out and do the leak check and not charge us $150 again. He got rude and hung up. Meanwhile, they wont service our machines. He acted so childish and was so rude. Thank you!He even said its not his fault, he gets the units from *****. I told him he still needs to stand behind his units if he is selling them.

    Hello BBB, I have already wrote to you and sent my side of the story, I really dont know why this lady is making such a big deal of this. I never told her that I wouldnt do it, I said that I was 2 weeks away and down a man do to knee surgery. To do this it will take 2 guys and I am by my self for the rest of the year until he gets a notice from his doctors. She wanted it done pronto so I suggested to her that she could call anyone to take care of the warranty. When I said that she basically told me that I needed to do it because I put it in,  she was demeaning to me by saying it was my workmanship. This repair is very common  with the new Freon and there have been many, many leaks. Ive even replaced a few from other companies under warranty when I could. But as *** told her, and now you at the BBB, I do not have the man power to replace one do to my worker out from knee surgery.But she wouldnt listen to me, she was adamant about me doing the repairs and a bit testy on the phone so I told her nicely to get someone else to help and hung up because I didnt want to argue with someone that wouldnt listen to me. And finally, I have been over there once for Freon and twice for Preventative Maintenance. Both times Ive been there prior to the Freon leak she was running her unit way to cold (70degrees)for 100 degree temperatures outside, this in itself could void the warranty do to 
    Over working the equipment. But as shes slandered my company name all over the web I will not be going there again.
