    I placed an order for a 24v electric ride on toy for my son on 7 September, 2022. On that date I also paid for the order. I have still not received the order and customer support tells me nothing but to please be patient.

    I place and order with green box USA on 11/5/22 using my American express card. order# **** 1 product totaling $626.67. I then saw on my Amex online statement that at company called Amerizone received the order and charged my card on 11/6/22 out of Laguna beach Address *** ***** *** USA 92651. tel: ###-###-####. So I sent them a message with the information from Amex on this purchase, requesting and update . No response. I have reached out to Greenbox USA several times 14 to be exact starting from 10/10/22 - 10/31-22. Only to be told that they’re very sorry but they cannot cancel my order until they have heard from the logistics team to see if in fact it hasn’t shipped, which obviously it hasn’t and never will ship. Their telephone number and email is ( support @greenboxusa.co ) a Kelly B was the sender. Tel. ###-###-#### - This number is only a recording and never a live person attending and no return phone calls from anybody, only email and limited contact information.I would like very much to shit these scammers down and prevent other from the same fate and obviously cancel my order and receive a refund, but at this point, just get them shutdown would be a blessing for any future victims.

    I ordered a Ocean Signal Rescueme Plb1 on Oct 6th, 2022, Order #**** ************** Brand: Ocean Signal $136.10 USD Qty: 1 $136.10 USD Subtotal: $136.10 USD Coupon Code (USA): -$27.22 USD Shipping: $0.00 USD Tax: $0.00 USD Grand Total: $108.88 USD This item was never sent out. Company keeps giving me the same old song and dance. All the scam websites say this company has cheated them out of their money never delivering the products they have ordered. They had an Iowa address for a while but the BBB there said they were no longer in business in IA.

    A purchase was made in the amount of $53.45 on Aug. 28, 2022. I have reached out on several occasions to get tracking or find out where the item is. The respond by email only with no number attached and say that they will update me when they have more information on the item. It has been over 2 months and still no item, no tracking info, no response other than they will update me. I sent an email today requesting a refund and have gotten no response. I would like the item refunded immediately. Clearly this is a fraudulent company.

    I made two orders from them and never received a tracking number so I emailed them and asked what's going on. A person by the name Kelly B. Wrote back saying the other has been picked up by FedEx and when they get a tracking number they contacted me. So waiting and nothing happens so I emailed again and Kelly said that the warehouse was backed up. After a few days I went into my account and the order was never processed. I asked for my refund and they keep giving me run around. It's been a month now and they stopped answering my emails... I will like my money back from them right now just the way they took it from me right away. Thanks in advance!

    I bought a car remote on July 14th and then it did not work so I sent it back I paid $26.79 they received it on August 13th I sent them the tracking number and the order number which was order number **** tracking number is ********************** I also sent them the receipt they responded back that they had would refund it and it was reprocessed on September the 4th we've been going back and forth up until now and they keep telling me the same thing they're not trying to give me any money back and then haven't went back to my bank account so I don't know what else to do we've been emailing each other back and forth since September 10th and all I get is the same response from them is that it's been processed but it has not made it into my bank account right right now I don't know what else to do it don't make sense to keep going back and forth and they keep telling me the same thing

    I placed an on line order for (2) fish finders that were advertised on Google. The company noted on the ad they were in stock. The fish finders were: Lowrance FS7 models and the total amount that was paid for with a Visa card was: $527.34. I never received the item's and I attempted to call with no response. I recently had seen other ad's on fish finders on Google by the same company. I sent an email to the company cancelling the order and filed a dispute with my credit card company, so will see how that goes. No word so far from the company.
