In November 2022, Green Box USA, LLC came to the attention of BBB due to consumer inquiries and Scam Tracker reports alleging consumers are being ignored by the company’s customer service department, are given false information on the whereabouts of their orders, and feel that excuses are made concerning delivery services. Consumers note that they are requesting refunds, but those refunds are not being received or processed. There is no way to speak with their customer service representatives who fail to rectify delivery and refund issues. Other consumers have alleged that their products, upon arrival, do not work.
