      Just got the alert the neobodproonline is trying to charge me ***** for an app I know nothing about. SCAM ALERT!!!!

      On January 19, 2025 a charge for $19.97 appeared on my credit card statement from The ****************** My bank (who declined the charge) provided me the phone number and they answered the phone ....."Neo Bod". They said they were a fitness app available on ****** Play. Never heard of them and at age 80, I'm not looking for a fitness app--let alone one that is not free. I want to find out who gave (or sold) them my credit card info.

      Today I was informed by my financial institution that a charge of $19.99 had been posted to my credit card account by ******. I have never heard of this company until just now when I looked it up. I have never looked at or inquired into this company. This is the second fraudulent charge on my card today. So I have canceled my card and will talked to my financial institution about not honoring the charge.****************************

      Don't know how they did it but they took 19.99 out of my account. Totally unauthorized. I've sent 2 emails with no reply. I've called twice and talked to their customer service, both times they said they cancelled me and will return money. Now I'm filing fraudulent charges with the State Attorney General. I'm not letting this go, it's the point of it all. Scam people scam

      Add us to the growing list of people getting scammed. Our credit card company contacted us and asked if we recognized the charges which we did not. The charges were being made since December. My husband thought it was a game so never asked about it. We called the credit card company and had the charges reversed and filed a fraud report. I have no idea how this company got this card number as its not a card we have used online. Makes me wonder how they got the credit card number. If you have charges from this company fight it. These people are scammers!

      Neobod Pro and ALL the other so-called companies that are ALL connected to eachother , are not a company, they are scam artists! I was charged $19.99 on my Cash App Feb. 27,2023 for I have no idea what! I've never heard of this company before yesterday, I did not order anything , nor did I sign up for anything through them! I certainly DID NOT give my authorization for any such transaction! How they were able to access my Cash App ,sneak in and basically STEAL money from me is mind boggling. I fully expect to find future charges too, as this sounds like a recurring payment set up. I've already had to cancel my **** Debit card due to other scams getting my card information and reporting to the *********** to investigate them. I thought Cash App was more secure for some reason. I am so disgusted with these, Shall I say (people?) and anyone working with or for them . I know it's been happening to thousands of people all over the country, stealing from checking accounts, credit card accounts, PayPal, Cash App. I plan to seek a full refund and will be reporting them to ******** as well as law authorities!       I cant believe what I just discovered. Since October 2022 myneobodpro.com has been taking money out of my MasterCard account. I have never heard of this company and for sure have never given them my account number. October 14th was $28.63, November 13th was $27.45, December 13th was $28.04, January 12th was $27.55 and February 11th was $26.94 for a total of $138.61 I feel so stupid that I didnt notice these charges until now. I have learned my ****** to always check my charges carefully. I really hope that you will be able to get my money back and the charges stop. Thank you so much in advance.

      I’ve never heard of this company and did not order from them. It showed up on my bank statement for $19.99. If it was indeed a product, rather than a service, I never received any package from them
