I purchased two bottles of Keto AVC Gummies from MYHOUSETESTS.COM on 1/25/24. I didn’t realize at the time that they were a scam and decided to automatically send me another shipment, which I did not want or consent to on 2/25/24. So I called to cancel and send them back. I got a confirmation number of **********. They only agreed to give my $119.99 back because they said there was a restocking fee even though nobody told me about that at any time. There was supposed to be a 100% money back guarantee. The shipment got stuck in Georgia for at least a month so it took awhile to get to the company for my refund. When they finally did receive the items I did not receive my refund so I called them. They said they could not issue me a credit card refund because there was an “error when they tried to do that”. So they were going to issue me an “e check” to be sent to my email. This was on 4-17-24. I called back 5-1-24 and they said the “e check had been issued on 4-23-24”, and I explained that I have not yet received it and if I could once again just have my credit card refunded because this was just a hassle, and I didn’t understand why they could not refund my credit card. He said that the e check would need 7-10 business days to reach me and we were still in that period of time and if I didn’t receive it by 5-8-24 to call back once again. I did not receive the e check by 5-9-24 so I called back once again and the lady on the phone told me that since I had not gotten it she would let their billing department know and if I had not gotten it within 24-48 hours to call back once again! I asked her once again why they could not just credit my credit card, and she told me there was an error when they did that, and I said I bet there would not be an error if I tried to buy something from you, instead of you trying to credit me, and she began getting very ugly with me about the situation. I just want my credit of $119.99. But I am really owed $129.99.Initial Complaint

I responded to a facebook ad for keto gummies endorsed by Kelly Clarkson. The offer was BOGO $39.99. I never received confirmation on my order because as soon as I clicked on submit- the ad disappeared. Two days later when viewing my credit card statement on line, I notice charges pending on my credit card for 199.99 and 59.99, Seven bottles of the gummies were sent to me and the charges posted to my account. My credit card statement had a number for peak life attached so I called them to dispute and work towards a refund. The representative at Peak life offered for me to keep the product and get a $50.00 refund to my card- I declined this offer and was offered a $100.00 refund which I also declined because I was not willing to invest that much money in a product that I have never tried and that I was only able and willing to follow through with the ad that I had responded to which was BOGO $39.99. I was given a rma and reference # along with a return address to ship the product back. I shipped the item back- unopened and have yet to receive a refund to my account. PLEASE HELP!Initial Complaint

I ordered some product from this company, but my doctor has told me not to take this kind of supplement. My friend (****** ***********) noticed the charge on my card and asked about it. The product had never arrived, so I didn't think about it until she asked. I live in an assisted living community and packages are left at the front desk. Apparently the package was returned to sender without me seeing it - therefore it did not have a Return Authorization number. We do not have an answer as to how that would have happened. ****** contacted them to explain the situation and get a refund. They said that without the RA, they would only refund half. They refused to refund the other half. I paid $199.49. They told her that they were only going to refund $100. We have a cancellation number for that $100 and will be keeping an eye out for it. I would like a complete refund, since the package was returned to them unopened - and without me ever seeing it. ****** emailed them with this request after speaking with them. The email did not go through with this error message. Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups: ************************ (************************) Your message wasn't delivered. Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to tell their email admin that it appears that their email system is refusing connections from your email server. Give them the error details shown below. It's likely that the recipient's email admin is the only one who can fix this problem. For Email Admins No connection could be made because the target computer actively refused it. This usually results from trying to connect to a service that is inactive on the remote host - that is, one with no server application running. A shady company. Please try to get the rest of the money.Initial Complaint

I entered what I thought was an ad with Kelly Clarkson for the Keto Accel free sample. The website came up as ketoaccel.com and the Shark Tank ad came up. I proceeded to fill out my information to receive the free sample but when I came to the end I had been charged $299.98. Within 10 minutes that amount had been deducted from my checking account from a company PeakLife Optical. I called immediately the company at ###-###-#### and told them I did not order these products, nor did I receive a confirmation from this company until 10 days after I called and emailed them several times in one day. I sent the product back immediately and I paid for the return. Tracking number ********************** they received the product 3-5-24. A refund was returned to my checking account 3-15-24 of only $219.98. They kept $80.00 for what reason. I should have received a full refund. I am a senior and I do not appreciate being taken advantage.Customer Answer

Attached is all the communication to ****************** regarding cancelling the order to the refund they offered, that I did not accept, for nothing in this order was opened and it was sent back to them immediately because the day it was taken from my checking account supposedly, they could not cancel it for it was in route. Which in fact it was not for it was received 3-2-24 which was a Saturday, and it was returned 3-4-24 Monday, they received it 3-5-24 at the address they provided FullStack, **** ******* ***** ******* ***, Pinellas Park, Fl 33781. The website that this whole disaster happened on is: *************************. Once on the website Shark Tank celebrities appear. But in fact, it is a bogus website for ordering. Transactions from my bank appears as: PeakLife Optical. The customer service phone number on the emails is ###-###-####. This is the number I called 2-27-24 to cancel the order immediately but I was told could not but 2-27-24 is when the $299.98 was taken from my checking account.
