    I signed for a package with this company where they promised to do my business taxes, my personal taxes, any entity setup and monthly consulting phone calls. The package was a one time fee of $4500 and $99 per month afterwards ongoing until I chose not to be a client anymore. This company started taking my money right away.

    When I signed up, I explained I was a year behind on my taxes, Mitch the employee I spoke with told me he would figure out a way to get me caught up on my past due taxes and file an extension for 2021 taxes. I agreed to sign up. I've been a client for over 3 months. The only thing they did was an entity setup. No one started on my taxes at all. For 3 months they forgot about me. I reached out to Mitch a few times. When I finally got ahold of Mitch, he did not admit that I fell through the cracks as a client. It took him 3 days to give me a response. During that time, I left voice messages asking Mitch to call me. Mitch never called me. Days later, Mitch texted me saying I should use TurboTax for my past due tax year and stated they were not obligated to do taxes from previous years. Mitch did not provide me with an update on my 2021 taxes or what the plan was to move forward on them. I canceled my membership with this company and requested a refund. Mitch reached out to me to tell me, I was past the time period of receiving a refund. This company did not honor the services they promised to provide. And because of that. I feel entitled to a refund. I paid for services but I did not receive them.
