      This is in regard to the property management company that collects the HOAs for the condominium I own.
      At the beginning of the year I stopped using autopay because they were going to start charging $2.49 per withdrawal. I started consistently mailing my checks in.
      This month I noticed that a subscription had been started on my checking account for $2.49. Thinking this was fraudulent act I called my bank and was told that someone has access to my account and routing number. They also said it was a subscription for a property management type thing.
      I called Paul Property Management and spoke to Rebecca who admitted that a subscription was started on my account. I asked her why since I was MAILING my payments in and in a timely manner.
      I explained that they were not authorized to use my account information to start subscription. She was very defensive and stated "I'm not going to argue with you over $2.49."

      I explained to her that it was the principle of the matter and not only was that illegal but MAIL my payments in and the charge doesn't even apply to me.
      She refused to credit my account and hung up on me. I went to back to Paul Property portal and my account information wasn't even in there because I deleted it at the first of the year when I started mailing payments to avoid the $2.49 charge. I am now needing to close my account to in order to get a new account number.
      I would like this business to be contacted and the $2.49 credited back to me. Again, it is the principle of the matter and the response of "Rebecca" that leads me to believe they are taking ad vantage of seniors in the community. St George is a highly populated community with seniors and the majority of residents in my condo complex are seniors. Thank you

      This is in regard to the complaint filed earlier today.  I have since spoken to a representative at Paul Properties and the issue is currently resolved.
