********************** is the best psychiatrist I have ever had! He cares so much about his patients that he even remembers little details and gets excited when we make progress! The staff are always willing to help, and are very friendly! I highly recommend them to everyone for all things related to mental and emotional health!

I wish I could have zero stars. There are no doctors here, the person they have managing your medication is a physicians assistant, though they call him doctor, the therapists do not have any type of degree in psychological therapy, they are social workers. There is a psychiatrist listed, but you can't get an appointment with him and you can't speak to him.Came in struggling with a bunch of issues and was offered all kinds of procedures, one that was very expensive and had to be approved by insurance.I was charged $100 fee for dispute over not canceling an appointment within 24 hours, even though I have phone calls, voicemails and text confirming that I did do it in time. I asked them to return my money since it was a huge stress on my bank account not only did they refuse. No one would call me back after multiple requests and only respond to me via text. Please don't be fooled by these people. If you have serious behavioral health issues this is not the place to go. Case in point, they are more concerned about keeping the $100 then addressing or understanding the amount of stress and anxiety it caused me not to be able to pay my obligations. That's pure greed. What type of support is this for someone who came to them truly struggling and looking for help?

This is unfortunately an extremely inaccurate and exaggerated review which casts a poor light on our excellent clinic. There is indeed a Psychiatrist who's on site daily seeing patients and in no way shape or form is our PA referred to as "doctor." ** is not difficult to get on his schedule, you simply have to ask and he can see you within a few days time usually. The LCSW's we have providing are trained, licensed, and certified to provide therapy services with DOPL in ****. We offer evidenced base treatment options which are *** approved, and unfortunately have no control as to whether or not your insurance will cover any or all of our services. We don't offer any services which are unusual for the field of mental health.Regarding our no-show / cancellation policy, it is indeed in place with a document that is required to be signed as an acknowledgement of receipt that if we are not notified with at least 24 hours notice then a $100 fee will be charged for a missed appointment with a therapist and a $50 charge for a missed appointment for medication management. You did call but it was unfortunately at 10 PM the night before for a 9 AM appt slot. This is why we have this policy, because when our front office ladies come in at 8:30 they can't just call another patient right away to fill that spot, so it wastes an hour appointment time for our therapists who could have spent the hour seeing another patient in need had we been given enough time/notice to make some phone calls. We find this situation unfortunate and sincerely apologize for the situation; however, our policy is not based on greed but on providing excellent service to our patients and holding ourselves and them accountable for services and time dedicated to patient care. We wish you every success in the future.
