      I was shopping at walmart and Jackson hewlitt has a sign by the door "garanteed money today on your tax refund" so I made an appointment , went down and had them do my taxes, signed everything and when done I asked about the money and she said you can put it on a card but that's a pain in the butt or direct deposit but that takes 24-48 hrs. I asked what about that garanteed today and pointed at the sign, she said I don't know I'm new here so I thought we'll 24-48 hrs it is and headed home. 1 mile down the road I get a text saying my loan was not approved... ?? I didn't apply for any loan so I asked about it got no answer. Got home called and was told it was some republic bank and they will send me info as to why my loan was denied in 30 days. I said b.s.what about the garantee and they couldn't provide any info. 2 weeks later my refund is deposited to my account but is pending for 5 days. I could have done my taxes as I always do, for free and they would have had it deposited in my account no waiting in less time but I really needed that money 2 weeks ago and still do because my rent for January still isn't paid which brings more un necessary fees
