    I was over charged and lied to. I called and asked about tires and was given a firm prices those tires. After getting to big o and, having ALL my tires removed they broke a piece of my hub cap. Then they proceeded to tell me the tires they quoted were not the right size and was told I would have to pay more than the $560 I was quoted. I was very hesitant and get pressured so I agreed to paying 150 more for these tires.
    After being told they would order a new piece of the hub cap and being told they’d call me when it was there, I left.
    I the day after I called the store to speak with the manager about it and was told oh the tires you were quoted do fit your car but we don’t have four tires in stock. After explaining what happened the manager was rude and a complete joke. He wanted me to come in waste my time to change out the tires again if I wanted the price I was originally quoted.
    They are liars. I have never had such a bad experience. The manager needs to be fired.
    So after about a week and a half basically two weeks I go to get the part of the hub cap they broke. It was the wrong one and the dude that lied to me Taylor Evans started being irate and rude and tried starting an argument with me. The manager walked passed me several times without saying a word. Completely rude. If this is not fixed I will be filing a lawsuit because bigo has violated consumer laws. I have also sent a complaint to the Utah AG office. Who knows if they broke anything g else on my car and didn’t tell me.
    Clearly bigo doors not care about consumer laws.
