    St. George Executive Shuttle BEWARE, I was left stranded! My shuttle ride on the St George Executive Shuttle was a nightmare. Going from *************************************************************** March 2025. I made & paid extra for the front seat the front seat was given to another passenger. Approx. 1/2 way through the trip the driver stopped for an restroom stop fo riders. He instructed us where to enter and return. Less than 5 minutes I returned to get back on, the van had left me stranded! I saw it pulling onto the freeway! I immediately called the office & was put on hold, transferred & finally told they would call me back. Moments later I called back and finally able to get through to a person. As I was very upset explained, they said they would call the shuttle, please hold. Moments later was told the shuttle would be back in 10 minutes. More than 13 minutes later the shuttle arrived. The driver gave some reason for the mix up I could not understand what was said. The driver said he would get me a refund. The following days & multiple phone calls to the office seeking a supervisor I spoke to at least 6 people and was given nothing but runaround to call back later. More than a week later I spoke to supervisor *****, he had all the notes from previous calls I made. His response was totally rude & unconcerned. He said I would not receive Any type of refund, credit or consolation. Nothing to mention of the major ********************** of this ride. There was absolutely No Customer ********************** or respect given, as I made multiple calls to get no where. I realize mistake happens, but a business there should be some type of consolation & not just a continued fight. So beware if considering using St George Executive Shuttle, the customer is treated as the Wrong, with No respect!

    Our Driver Turned around and picked her up (after about 5 mins of delay) The Lady complained the whole time about being late, So the driver dropped her off directly to where she needed to go. We went out of her way to help her

    THEY WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED AT ******************* AIRPORT AND KEEP YOUR MONEY. Who in their right mind runs a transportation company working at a MAJOR AIRPORT and has NO ALLOWANCE FOR DELAYED FLIGHTS? Originally booked weeks ahead allowing almost 2 hours from our flight into ******************* until the shuttle. A flight delay had us arriving right before shuttle time. Working the phone between the driver and the company, they decided not to wait. The company informs us they are 100% filled the rest of the day and to start calling TOMORROW at 6am hoping for two open seats IF there are cancelations then. A $200 Uber ride later we made it home.

    The work services that I customer can to receive. I bought a ticket for my sister from St. George to ********* and when the driver drop her at her Terminal, the driver realize that my sister luggage was giving a wrong person so they take my sister to the different places before they drop some passengers to look for my sister luggage. She start crying no just for the fact that they lost her luggage also bc she was losing her flight. When they finally found they luggage. Her flight was already in the airplane. And also they want bringing back my sister again to at George. I need to talk to the driver to let my sister go out and she can try to run and do anything to catch the plane.At the same time I was trying to contact St. George Shuttle office here in at George and for the lack of service they disconnected my call many times so I need to go personally to the office and talked with the manager. When I arraive I asked the manager if he already know what was happening and the only thing he was trying to do was washing his hand like justifying himself about St. George policy. I talk to the ladies office that the way desconect my call wasnt right he just yelling at me saying that I dont talked to them. Then because I saw the way the this guy doesnt know to do business with the customers I ask him if the another person of mayor ***** of him to talk, he said yes but he doesnt know the schedule of this manager so again dont allow me to do o able to helping me a customer or help to fix or have emphatic how my sister was feeling at ********* airport. I left this place very disappointed how this place doesnt know how to treat with respect to us as a customer. They wont do anything to help, they dont give any apologies, they just want to wash their hands of all of this. Very *****.
