    On March 4, 2024 I received a call that came from a local Michigan Number. The caller was very rude and said I had exceeded my trial period with their company and that I owed several hundred dollars for a product I did not order and did not receive. He said he could prove I received it delivered by the post office. I said I did not know the company or the product and to send me the proof he had. He said his proof was a charge for for $29.70 from July of 2023 on a master card that was hacked and the account was closed. He said he did not need my permission to charge the over due balance. I told him to send me proof of my order and that I received the product and he just kept saying I had an outstanding balance and the amount kept changing and going up. I demanded he say the company name and where it was located and the address he gave me checks out with the Lightening Keto Company at *** ***** ***** **., St. George, UT 84790. I could not understand his name. I have no record of email or text to this company and I have never received any product, supplement or online access to information. My credit card statement did not have a July 2023 charge in the amount of $29.70. That was the month my Mastercard was hacked and there were charges disputed but there were no charges identified as The Lightening Keto Company.

    Cancelled subscription 4 years ago (2020), had no further correspondence, no products sent and no balance owed. Now (2024) they (Alex G*****, Lightning Keto Company) have contacted me stating they sent me products monthly for the last 4 years and are demanding payment and threatening to send me to collections. First Month: $4.99 (Paid in full) Second Month: $79.99 (Paid in full), cancelled when second month was received. Business Requesting: $249.99

    Phone calls received on 2 different days. Telling me that I received a product that I don’t remember receiving. The second day they gave me a USPS TRACKING number. When I tried to verify the tracking number. It came up unable to track. The people are very hard to understand and very rude. They scared me into giving them a credit card both days. I have brain cancer and am on a lot of seizure medication. I would never order anything that might interfere with my medication. My daughter called when she came over.. trying to get into on the company. The “manager “ female Billie, kept laughing at her and eventually hung up on her. I cancelled my credit cards. They told me it was a shipment with 19 bottles. But he didn’t have the correct zip code. When I called my bank today. They said there was a pending charge, did not have the correct address.

    I signed up for this Keto thing before I discovered it to be a scam. About 2 years ago I signed up, and within the last year I went through the steps to pay it off and cancel the account so as to not receive calls. I had a cancellation number stored in my phone, but got a new phone. Thinking the problem was solved I didn't save that cancellation number. Now they are calling me again telling me I owe an upwards of 200+ dollars and I need to cancel again, but that I can't unless they get payment. No help whatsoever. Scam company trying to get money and no help with figuring out anything. They won't email me any information they say it is only by phone and their records show I just owe money.
