    The owners of this location are impossible to talk to. It is their way or no way. If you have an issue with music, cleanliness, equipment, etc., they aren't willing to listen or discuss the situation. They will tell you that no one else has complained, but this isn't true. I was also told at the signing of my contract, and my families separate contracts, that our rates wouldn't increase according to how we filled out the contract with an auto renewal and this isn't the case. They will NOT honor the rate once you are out of the contract period. They can raise your rate to whatever they want to and you have no control. The only control that you have is to cancel your membership. Just beware that they will tell you one thing to get you to sign up, but once you are out of contract, you have no say on what your monthly membership payment will be. They will tell you that it is locked in, but that just isn't true. I would be ok with my rate going up, if I wasn't told something else at the time of signing my contract. Not very honest business people.
