    I purchased a gift card several years ago that was not supposed to expire. When I took it in on November 23rd 2024 to use it (card had $100), they told me they no longer accepted those cards. They said they could transfer it to a new card, so I agreed. After they put it on the new card, I asked how much I had left, and they told me I only had arcade credits. I no longer had my funds that could be used for activities, food and drinks. I feel misled and like I was stole from. There is no way to reach corporate and the staff at the store will do nothing to rectify.

    It’s a give money for tickets place but all their prizes above 10k are not real. They claim back order on simple items every time and don’t actually have any of the prizes they claim you can have. It’s unethical to trick families into spending 100s of $ but once they do. They are told to say it’s on back order by their boss. It’s an ongoing issue and needs real investigation to show they are tricking families into trying for things they don’t have false advertising at very least
