      Not even worth the 1 star.We contacted Mark * 777 Coatings Corp to review a roof leak at one of our commercial properties. After review, **** indicated the one building needed to be resurfaced and the other needed maintenance. Upon speaking with **** and reviewing photos, he sounded like he knew his craft, we approved the proposal. Within a few days, we had an issue with the tenant and without malice or ill intent needed to cancel the contract. I spoke with ****, explained the situation and he agreed to return the deposit. The conversation went well, and I sent **** a follow up email with directions on returning the check. **** gave no indication that this was concerning or problematic. Upon learning he deposited the check; we requested the return of funds. This is where things went awry. Marks response was belligerent. His hostile responses came as a complete shock. We made several attempts to resolve the issue amicably and fairly, yet he continues to be combative and attacking the business and the owner personally. Each email response is more and more deranged. His lack of composure and professionalism is appalling. There is the matter of the work, then there is the way he chooses to conduct himself. He is completely unprofessional, unsettling, and unwell. Beyond his nasty behavior, he also refuses to make any effort to resolve the issue, refusing to do the work or refusing to return the significant deposit. I have worked with many contractors in my career, and this is by far the absolute worst.
