    They received a lead for working on my ** unit from ***. She tried to slam the appt down my .... and did not offer to have a technician to give a call. It was not the ** but only the condenser unit that was broken. She really went overboard yelling at me that she knew more than me. Do not waste your time.

    I just want to leave a reveiw that *** influence if you want to use this comapny.This was day 2 of No air conditioning. So kind of an emergancy.First of all this was a service from my Home Warranty insurance.Epic was fast to answer and fast to get someone to my rental property. My problem was, they showed up for 10 min and did a diagnosis on the the indoor part of the air conditioner. I never heard from them again. Would'nt answer my text or calls. I was Never told what the issue was. Bottom line. they took my $60 service fee and did,nt do any work. The only reason I give them 1 star is because they responded quickly for $60.00.Another company completed the work the next day. I will leave them a 5 star reveiw next.Do not hire Epic!

    *************, your home warranty company did not approve your repair, this is why there was a delay from them processing you claim. We had no reason to contact you due to them not proceeding with your claim. They contacted you once they processed your claim. We waited just as long as you did for them to process it. This is the process for all insurance companies and we have no control over this
