    My complaint is in the sum of $49,900.00. On April 30, 2021, I signed an agreement with the FBA Success Institute, which is a dba to BLB Ventures. The owner is Spencer B***** aka Blair, his wife Alanna R***** is the agent/manager of BLB Ventures LLC and BLB Marketing LLC, the address is **** ** ******* **** **, Taylorsville, UT 84123. These companies have taken money with no signed contract for what I was to received. We need X amount of dollars for legal fees for example we need it now and we will send the contract over. Never received contract but the amount of $20,000.00 was charged to my credit card and the charges go on and on. Spencer B***** even sold my information to a company that scamed me out of $12,767.50. Where in Spencer B***** received a 40% commission off of the sale of my information and got me to sign up with them. I have been in contact with Spencer/Blair he keeps putting me off, there is always an excuse why nothing has happened. This has been going on for months.
