    I purchased a home from Nathan back in April. I am very grateful to own my own home. The people who work and own this company are very nice people who helped me through the whole buying process. But this company does very quick fixes with very little quality before selling for a quick turn around. If you are looking to buy from them, be very careful and check everything. Right off the bat, there was a leaking window (still leaking), a leaking faucet, missing vent, left over carpet rolls in one room. Lots of electrical wires that go no where, unsealed bathtubs and poorly installed carpet. I would be much more selective in the future if I purchased from them again. I also will consult a realtor a bit more to help me negotiate a bit better.
