    This business, Smart Med Alert, is using our business name, RPM Healthcare, as the company name for their payment transactions. We have had numerous calls from their customers trying to cancel their subscriptions because they see "RPM Healthcare" on their bank or credit card statements next to a $39.95 charge. RPM Healthcare does not bill consumers directly. We have tried to contact Smart Med Alert by phone, email and web form to request that they change the name they use for billing and have not received a response after more than a month. This is potentially damaging to our reputation and has taken time away from our support staff being able to help our own customers. While Smart Med Alert may offer a legitimate med alert subscription service, their use of our name and difficulty with contacting them suggest possible fraudulent activity.

    This is the first time hearing of this.  Our Legal Name is RPM Healthcare. I have spoken to our bank to make a change on our end.  the bank put that on transactions because that is our legal name.  I called and left a voicemail with you to discuss.  And no we are not a fraudulent company.  Look forward to speaking to you soon.

    My daughter has seizures. I purchased this smartmed watch because it said it would alert you if there was a fall and it had GPS and they would send out the ambulance. She was at school it went off the ambulance was sent 40 miles away to the house. That's very alarming because this is medical minutes matter could be life or death. When I called and asked why they sent it to the house instead of the school they told me that dispatch probably failed to look and that could happen. not an acceptable response from people providing medical services that we are paying for . I discontinued the service sent the watch back and would like a refund
