      I had the same exact issue with this seller. He flipped out over a nuetral feed back and I am waiting on my attorney to let me know how I should legally proceed and for how much. Basically he failed to send my book out protected, $50.00 purchase and he blamed his employees, his lack of packaging materials and so forth.In a email to me from him he even stated he ran out of 1inch box cushioning to send it properly. **** law under consumer protection states that a seller of goods must deliver said goods in the advertised stated condition! I stated to him i was willing to buy another item but i wanted it packaged better than my book was. He said I would have to add a note to more or less remind them. He did nothing to remedy the issue. I needed the book for game design work and i was not willing to return it so i could be delayed another 4 weeks. The said individual argued with me for 3 whole days on **** making his threats, So i secured an attorney over a $50 book. Seeing this other complaint on the BBB and the 20 other people on **** who have had issues has made me decide to leave my own review, hope he likes it. I am sure I will prevail in a case against him! Consumer should beware that this guy shouldn't be running a business. Bottom line! I had to get **** involved to deal with him directly iver herassment, he tried to make himself out to be the victim. They had to remind him that threatening buyers and herassing buyers is an offense, seller abuse and that could cause account suspension. I had to do alot over something so simple as a $50 book being damaged that could have been avoided had he cared and I took the higher road and let it go for the most part. I left him a nuetral feed back and he flipped out. My feed back wasn't even negative like the guy below. This store owner wrote me back just being rude! So in my feed back i copied and paste what he wrote and posted it in the follow up and he really flipped out. He is on ****, he is on Amazon. So beware!
