    I purchased The 30-Day Cash Flow Blueprint course from Tanner Training about 11/7/2024. SO FAR I HAVE PAID $332.84 WITH ANOTHER PAYMENT THAT WILL BE CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD ON 1/6/2025 FOR 166.42 BRINGING MY TOTAL UP TO $499.59. The total cost is $1997.00 set up to be paid over a twelve month period charged to my credit card. As I started to go through the course I noticed that in order to actually learn I needed to purchase coaching. I was not made aware of this until I actually started the course. I have made several attempts to contact them, called, sent emails and even tried their chat on the web sight. No results. I want to cancel this course, get a complete refund, and have the automatic payments canceled ASAP.

    Thank you for the opportunity to address this matter and provide clarity regarding this customers concerns.
    After reviewing the complaint, I can confirm that we have been in consistent communication with the customer to resolve their concerns. Below is a summary of the actions taken to address the issue:
    Refunds Issued:
    All payments made for the 30-Day Cash Flow Blueprint course, as well as the purchase for the 4 Pillars Small Group Coaching as well as any subsequent charges, have been fully refunded.
    Screenshots of the refund receipts for each transaction have been attached to this response for verification.
    Cancellation of Future Payments:
    We have stopped all future scheduled payments when they originally requested the refund, including the $166.42 installment that was set to be charged on 1/6/2025.
    The customer was informed of this action, and we verified the cancellation with her via email.
    Communication with the customer:
    We provided detailed responses to the inquiries and concerns through multiple email correspondences.
    Screenshots of these communications, along with the attached refund receipts, are included in this response to confirm our efforts to address their concerns promptly and thoroughly.
    Coaching Clarification:
    The course The 30 Day Cash Flow Blueprint purchased does not require additional coaching to benefit from the core content. Coaching is an optional add-on for those seeking further personalized guidance.
    In summary, we have refunded all payments the customer has made, canceled all future payments, and provided thorough documentation to them for review. At this time, there is nothing further to refund, as all payments were addressed upon the initial request.
    We value our customers and strive to provide transparent and exemplary service. If the customer has any additional concerns or requires further assistance, we remain available to resolve them promptly.
