      I took my 2011 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD LTZ der max in for a head gasket change and they charged me for the set, When I left the shop a block away my truck wouldn't shift and started dumping oil out of the exhausted and white smoke. I called the shop and the person who worked on it said I only replaced one head gasket and told us he didn't know why our truck was acting like that. I called the shop and spoke to Joel the shop manager and he said he would contact the owner and see what they could do. Joel never called back, we called a week later and let him know we haven't received a call. He said that he never said he would contact the owner, he gave us an email address and said the email would go directly to the owner. We sent an email on July 5th explaining everything that happened. No response. We emailed again on July 8th and gave them 48 hours or we would go to the BBB. No response. The problem is we went in there without a truck drove completely fine, and shifted perfectly, we couldn't even tell there was an issue, the only reason we knew was that we put a code checker on it. We paid $6,447.36 and 5 minutes out of the shop we have, not only the same issue, but now a transmission issue, and who knows what else. Or truck was dumping oil and white smoke out of exhausted, and now it won't even start. We are talking about $10,000 plus in damages. They cant even call us back and say sorry or make it right? They charged us for 2 head gaskets and they only put 1 in, I don't even know what else they did to is.
