    I took my kids here and paid for laser tag and $20 game card for each. The laser tag vests quit working. Half the games took our money and wasn't given a refund. I told staff and they were very inconsiderate and didnt care about the complaint and no supervisor was there either. I took my kids there 12/2/23

I received the message about your experience here on the 2nd and I want to apologize for everything that happened. I would definitely like to help resolve this and make it right for you guys as it appears you guys didn't get the best service or experience that we try to provide. I see you guys would like a refund for everything that happened to which I totally understand. If you could provide me with some more information as to what time you guys were here that day I can go back through our system and get an accurate number that we can refund you. Or if you guys would like we have some free drink (non-alcoholic) coupons as well as free Bowling, ********, Laser Tag and Bumper Car coupons if you guys would be open to trying us again in the future. Once again I am very sorry for the experience you guys had here and I'm looking forward to hearing from you. If you have any questions, my contact info will be below. Thanks!

    I made an online reservation for two lanes/ two hours (with shoe rental), total of $184 which was drafted on 10/23/2022. I needed to change my reservation since the Company does not allow refunds, ever, no matter the notice. I have submitted emails and messages to which I have not received any replies. I have been told that they do not have documentation of my reservation (enclosures attached will show my proof of reservation/payment). I would like a refund noting the reason for the booking was a teen birthday party and that time has since lapsed for needs of services. My enslosures will show an email to the company to which was not responded to. This enclosure will contain my reservation email and payment confirmation from my bank account.
