On 11/19/24 I used this company to assist with a flood at my rental property in Tooele ****. I had the most horrible experience with their ************ lack of communication. I was out of state when I found out the flood happened, Spoke with their manager *** over the phone and gave her information that my insurance company asked for prior to the work getting completed, (Assessment Report of Damage) *** never provided us with that information, at this time I did not have a claim number from insurance due to waiting for ***. After a few days I received a email from *** with a form for Mitigation, I asked *** in this email what that meant? She never responded, I assumed it meant for them to go and look and assess the damage. With No response I then had another company go to my home and they allowed us to know the house was tore out (Work Completed). Surprised I attempted to make contact with *** again, No response. When I returned back to ****, I asked for a meeting with *** at the home as I was getting complaints from my tents on the work completed (Staples Left in Kitchen Floor and other things) On 11/29/24 *** then agreed to meeting, I went to look at the work they completed and it was not great. I was to meet with *** @ 4pm and got a call from ******* @445 saying he was running late. We had to reschedule due to them being 45 minutes late for the following day. ******* and the Owner Ovi met with me at the home. As we walked through and looked at all the cut and choppy work, Ovi stated they don't normally do business this way & said he had been in ******* helping with the *********** guaranteed me that he was going to personally work with my insurance & a rebuild team to get my house put back the way it was prior to damage. Ovi then ghosted me and the job, I waited for anything to happen for over a month. I then had to hire a different company to do the rebuild. My ************** were left in disarray for Thanksgiving and Christmas due to their unprofessionalism.

We have dealt with ***** on multiple occasions involving this matter. First, off we have a signed agreement/settlement with ***** regarding the so called damaged. ***** instructed our office to deal with his "property manager" *****. On 11/18/24 I spoke with *****, advised that I had sent the paperwork over and what the technicians had discovered. I advised we would need to remove laminate flooring, baseboards, etc. We received the signed documents and proceeded with the mitigation. Laminate flooring cannot be dried and needs to come out when water is trapped underneath. We cleaned up the staples and have provided the proof of this to the homeowner and the insurance adjuster. We removed the affected materials which was all covered and paid for by the insurance carrier. We were never asked to complete repairs and was told by the insurance company that the homeowner wanted to do the work themselves. Originally, ***** had asked for us to meet with him, but was unable to meet. He requested me or someone from my team to meet with him at the house. I was unavailable but I was able to send one of the techs and the owner to meet with him. Once again we have advised ***** why we removed the items and supplied him the documentation. We also have a signed settlement and paid ***** for the "damages". We have shown that we completed the work per the standard and the industry. We made sure that the floor was sanitized and the staples etc were removed due to the tenants having small children. We can provide photos and documentation to support our side of the work to resolve these inaccurate accusations. ***** is in violation of his signed settlement. His property manager dropped the ball and he did not follow through with his end of things.
