    I demand that my voice be heard regarding this issue. I used this service once in 2021, under the impression that it was free. I provided my card information and was told that I wouldn't be charged. However, I recently discovered that they have been charging me $30.29 per month for the past 36 months without my knowledge or consent. As a senior citizen living on a fixed income and dealing with physical and mental impairments from a severe case of COVID-19, I cannot afford to be scammed in this way. I demand full reimbursement for all the charges they have made without my authorization. It is unacceptable for them to take advantage of me in this manner, and I expect them to rectify this situation immediately.

    This company is a scam. It claims to give free reports but in fact requires you to get a subscription and claims to have all accurate and the most information about someone, this someone was myself and I can attest to them not having accurate information about me. At the very least they could have provided a refund.

    Monthly recurring charges of $29.91 I did not approve &/or was told about. They are willing to give me a PARTIAL credit. DO NOT do business with this company!! Agree with ****** - SHUT THEM DOWN!!!

    I am trying to find out if truthfinder.com is a legitimate web sight. They have the Better Business Bureau listed on their site, stating that they are a member. They dont list an address, so I cannot give you one to help my search. This ******, ** address came up with the words Truth Finder, but the ladys complaint doesnt say enough to know if its the same thing.Im not expecting the BBB to have detailed information on every company/website out there, but I have depended on you for many, many years to help me stay clear of danger. I need you especially now when overwhelmed with web addresses become so artistically perfect that many bad people use accurate description/icon information to trap people like myself. Please become that again.Thank you.

    Somebody has been contacting my mobile number. I entered the phone number into this site and it said that it had the owner's name. After I paid it said that it didn't have information on it phone number. This is a complete and total scam and the site should be shut down!
