5 starsDuring the past year we have had carpet installed in the living room and hallway, and Coretex pro installed in the bathroom, hobby room, and an entry way. In addition we have purchased and installed ourselves cortex pro for our basement family room, our upstairs family room and our kitchen. During our self install, the staff at Factory Flooring were happy to answer any questions we had. We are very happy with all products and services and will highly recommend Factory Flooring Direct for all flooring needs.Review fromJames T.

We thought we'd picked out a great floor for our home, from a local company. Only to find out that everything has gone down hill after that. Product delays, install reschedules and no one who looked at our sub-floor prior to install told us that there were problems that could have been fixed prior to the install and destroying our new floor after only two years. Installer in our case was in such a big hurry to get the job done that he simply ignored the issues by putting the flooring right over the top. Contacting the store numerous times resulted in the same installer coming back and only making half repairs, which failed again due to not addressing the root causes. A letter sent to the former owner in June which was sent to the store with no response to date. At present time we are highly disappointed in the product, the install and the company. Would not recommend this company to anyone at any time.

Hi *****, when we came to measure for your flooring we assessed the health of your subfloor the best we could. From our assessment it seemed to us we could install the new floor without issues. It appears that since the time we installed your floor, your home being a double-wide trailer, the trailer floor has settled causing buckling in the flooring. The flooring is buckling specifically where the two sections of the trailer meet. Nonetheless, we have been working with the manufacturer of the product to have an independent inspector come take a look at the situation.
