    I hired A Team Heating/Air conditioning to install a new central air unit at my home **** * ********** *** South Jordan UT 84009 and install a furnace at my rental property **** * **** * Taylorsville UT 84129 on or about 5/25/2023. I spoke directly to owner Manuel ******* Q******* who came to my home to give me a quote for both locations. He required up front payment to order the unit and parts so I gave him a payment of $8,000. I asked for updates every week and always excuses employees which are also family having car problems, sick, problems or mostly no shows. They finally came in June and left unit there but didn't install it and after weeks of no shows or coming to work for an hour and leaving we're now in July. They finally came by to realize they ordered the wrong size and installation wasn't possible. The owner apologized and gave me the option to get a full refund as it would take another 6 weeks to order a replacement for the South Jordan home. We suffered greatly in 102 heat with no ac. I chose the refund. He had started the furnace install at the Taylorsville house which was working great prior we just wanted to upgrade it. The owner son/employee asked for an additional $400 for "parts" which when I asked what parts they wouldn't say but I gave them the money to get it finished which they never did. The owner checked the quality of work at the property shortly after I had paid the $400 and apologized and promised to re do everything within a week in July. To this day the owner has no showed every week for 8 weeks and just promised to do it the next week. He will not return my money, he says he's working on the refund. I have to hire a company to install the furnace and correct their unfinished work . To this day over 20 no shows. I have text, called, emailed every week to resolve this on my own and have no luck. This has caused tremendous stress for me and my family. I asked the business for certificate of liability insurance. He refused to provide
