    I ordered a charm bracelet for my granddaughter on December 14th. Delivery was scheduled for December 18th. Didn't get it. I tried to call today and they are closed for Christmas. I'm so upset.

    First of all, I left a review for my purchase on the website and they did not posted my review as I gave only one star.This is a fraud, how will customer know that what is good and what is bad.Well I don't know about quality much at this point but I bought a cross charm for necklace and it has such a small bail that it ll not even go in tiny blessings chain as *******'s a crapy company and the retun process is cumbersome.Will never buy and will not recommend the company.

    I bought my daughter a gold bracelet with a ****** ***** for her first birthday in ****. She wore it a few times over the years till she grew out of it. It has been stored in the original microfiber ************** box for about 4 years now. She wanted to look at it today & when we opened it some of the beads (that are supposedly 14K gold) are bent, dented, & one looks like it exploded? It's also kind of rusted looking? I'm so disappointed in the quality that a piece of jewelry that would have been a keepsake/heirloom piece for her is basically trash now. Of course we are way past the date for anything to be done but I wanted to write this as a warning to others. I don't remember how much I paid for this but as a young mother (at the time) it was definitely a big chunks of change to be spending. Again, figured it'd last a lifetime. What a huge disappointment.

    I purchased the CZ Screw Front, Pink/Clear CZ Teen's Earrings - 14K Rose Gold ($74.99) since it was the item my 11-year old daughter really wanted for her birthday. It's tiny! When I reached out to customer service, she said that the item listed under the Teen section is actually THE EXACT SAME THING as the item listed in the baby/child section! Then, why list it under two different sections?! Really shady sales tactic. Not to mention the gold portion of the earrings are extremely thin and easy bendable. Let's see how long these earrings last. I should've done my due diligence and looked online for reviews of this store, Tiny Blessings. Most reviews are negative! You can return the earrings within 30 days but you have to pay for shipping it back to them.

We do not change the price between the Children's section and the Teens section because they are the same item. We do this because we believe that many of our earrings that are in our Children's section are suitable for older ages as well. Several employees at Tiny Blessings wear our earrings and prefer the fit of the smaller post, because the earring does not poke them in the back of the head like larger earrings can. However, we understand that is not the case for everyone and that preferences for earring sizes can vary. We include the dimensions of all of our earrings in the product description, and we are continuing to provide more model images in a variety of age ranges so that our customers will know what to expect. Regarding the ** S**** ***** style of earrings, we have consciously designed the earrings with a thinner post, so that the earrings can be manipulated to fit a variety of ears, because lobe size and piercing location can vary. We do have a 30-Day Return/Exchange window and we would be happy to issue you a refund or exchange the earrings for a different style if you choose to send them in.     Please save your money and avoid this company. My daughter wore the s**** back earrings for 2 weeks before the earring post bent and we lost the s**** back down the drain. I saw online that I was given the wrong s**** back (they came with a bullet type back instead of a flat back). When I call and talked to the "manager," she could care less. She didn't ask for my name, type of earring, purchase date, etc. She just told me to go online and spend more money on new backs. I'm so disappointed in this company and how they conduct business.

When you called us on 08/11/22, we had recently transitioned from the bullet style s**** back to the wide disc s**** back. When you placed your order on 06/29/22, you were sent the correct backs for your earrings. Following our store policy we do not replace lost or missing products and unfortunately that includes the s**** back that was lost down your drain.
