      My Great ***** ******* brought our 8 month old Great **** to Ruff house. He was there for 2 days. They never told us about kennel cough going around. Their facilities are not clean and it smelled horrible in there. (I have no sense of smell, and I could smell it.) We come back and our pup is coughing, weezing and had/has big a green bogers. I can promise you this, my dog was as healthy as a horse when we brought him to Ruff House. Now we are going on a 1 emergency vet vist and 2 regular vet visits after these people neglected to inform us of kennel cough and his detereating condition. My pup has spent 5 day at the vet fighting for his life, and now possibly having to go to the pet hospital in SLC, because Ruff house "didn't notice and changes" of my pup. Ruff house is now refusing to respond to our messages. These are not good, honest nor RELIABLE PEOPLE or BUSINESS. Please, PLEASE don't bring ANY animal her!!!Negitive 5 stars.

      We brought our pup here for two nights and they never mentioned kennel cough or any other issues. When we picked up our dog he had a runny nose and the staff never mentioned anything other than he didnt eat all the food we brought for him. As *** went on he had green boogers and lethargy. I messaged ruff house but they just said they didnt notice anything. I ended up having to take my dog to the emergency vet a few days later for severe lethargy and fever. They diagnosed him with kennel cough and pneumonia. Hes now been to the vet three times and is close to having to go to the pet hospital. The pneumonia and kennel cough wont pass and his fevers keep coming back at 105. I messaged ******************* again to update them and I have had no response back. It was completely irresponsible of them to not notify me my dogs condition prior to pick up or at pick up and irresponsible that they didnt notify me kennel cough was circulating their facility before I dropped my dog off here. I will never bring him here again.
