    On May 15th, 2023, My husband and I hired Eric S**** with Quality time construction. We hired him to complete a walk our entrance our basements apartment. He quoted us 7-14 business days. The Jove began on June 1, 2023, and is still not completed. We have been dissatisfied with the work completed throughout this process and express this to Mr. S****. He refused to fix the major cosmetic flaws in his work and to meet our personal standards. On September 6th he came to our house demanding the final payment and stating that the work was complete. We asked him for the inspection report proving that the job closed and completed within compliance. In the conversation he said, " I will have to dig them up". He threatened to put a line on our house and left. Later that day we contacted Layton City and to our surprise there has not been a single inspection scheduled for this building permit. We scheduled and inspection with the city and the inspector Gerald S****** failed all the work that was completed.
    This company has lied to us and wasted out time and money. Everyday this job is not complete we are losing money.

    Sidewalk - not straight - not uniform with the rest of sidewalk -way to rough
    concrete pad next to ac unit - too small and not uniform to previous concrete pad - rocks exposed on new pad
    Fence - is crooked - door was not set up properly
    Grass in front yard - dying due to broken sprinklers, electrical issues, and being driven on
    Stairs - too steep why didn’t we have a conversation about this very important detail, I don’t think it would have cost much more and if it had We would’ve gladly paid it. Every time I walk up these stairs I trip on the steps and I know they are uneven
    Retaining wall - slanting to one side/ uneven
